Barcode-assisted medication checks and customer-enabled Voice Charting AI are included, subject to service readiness. Voice includes 20 transcription minutes per licensed bed each UTC month, with at least 120 minutes per facility. Additional use costs $0.15 per started minute only if an administrator opts into monthly paid overages; extra use stops at 600 minutes ($90) per facility per UTC month. Without that opt-in, dictation pauses at the included allowance. No separate voice subscription is required. Existing paid subscriptions are not repriced. When applicable, RohaChart’s Business Associate Agreement is included with the customer agreement before protected health information is onboarded.
